TORONTO - The Montreal Impact used the first overall pick in Stage 2 of the MLS re-entry draft Thursday to acquire veteran Mali defender Bakary Soumare while Toronto FC shipped midfielder Jeremy Hall to the New England Revolution.The Impact now have seven days to make an offer to the 29-year-old Soumare, a seven year MLS veteran who played most recently for the Chicago Fire.
